Our Story:
At Alpha One , our journey began with a shared passion for helping dogs and their owners reach their full potential. Together, our team has earned more than 70 titles across a wide range of dog sports — including rally, obedience, barn hunt, dock diving, coursing, trick dog, scent work, and manners. We’ve also dedicated years to service dog training, guiding pet parents through the process with compassion, patience, and expertise.
At home, our lives revolve around the dogs who inspire everything we do. Renee and Morgan share life with a German Shepherd, two Golden Retrievers, and a Husky mix, while Gianna enjoys adventures with her Doberman, Golden Retriever, and Belgian Malinois. Together, they’re the heart behind Alpha One — reminding us daily why we love what we do.

Co-Owner and Operations Manager, specializes in puppy development, sport dog training, and service dog foundations. She also coordinates the logistics that keep everything running smoothly — from client scheduling to customized training plans.

Lead Trainer and Co-Owner, brings a wealth of hands-on experience with family pets. She’s known for her patient, encouraging training style and her ability to connect with even the most challenging dogs. Gianna’s leadership and expertise help set the tone for the supportive, goal-oriented environment we offer every client.

RENEE
A U.S. Army veteran with a passion for working dog breeds. She brings calm, clear communication and a wealth of experience from years of hands-on training. Renee previously ran the NADD Southeast Mobile Dock and loves helping dogs learn to swim and gain confidence in the water.
