Our Story:
Alpha One Dogs was built by a team of trainers who share a simple belief: dogs—and their people—deserve a training experience rooted in clarity, balance, and real-world experience. With over a decade each of hands-on work across the dog world, our team brings a depth of knowledge in puppy development, reactive behavior, working breeds, and helping dogs succeed in a variety of sports.
With combined expertise in puppy development, reactive and fearful dogs, high-drive working breeds, and preparing dogs for competitive sports, our team brings a well-rounded and deeply knowledgeable approach to every dog we meet. We believe in balanced training that’s fair, clear, and tailored to each dog’s unique needs.

Gianna brings a wealth of hands-on experience with family pets and the time she worked in rescues. She’s known for her patient, encouraging training style and her ability to connect with even the most challenging dogs. Gianna’s leadership and expertise help set the tone for the supportive, goal-oriented environment we offer every client.

Morgan specializes in puppy development, sport dog training, and is our CGC evaluator. She also coordinates the logistics that keep everything running smoothly — from client scheduling to customized training plans. You'll also find Morgan behind the camera lens as our photographer.

Renee is a U.S. Army veteran with a passion for working dog breeds. She brings calm, clear communication and a wealth of experience from years of hands-on training with bomb dogs. Renee previously ran the NADD Southeast Mobile Dock and loves helping dogs learn to swim and gain confidence in the water.

Mercedes brings warmth, patience, and a genuine love for dogs to every session. She has a special soft spot for Golden Retrievers and lights up any time one walks through our doors. Whether she’s helping new clients feel welcome or cheering on our pups during training, Mercedes’ kindness and dedication shine through in everything she does.
